Let me just straighten out my thoughts from my last post. I am excited in Osama Bin Laden's death ONLY because he is no longer able to lead a terrorist group and kill more people. He is no longer around to do evil.
Having said that, please know that I am also overcome with feelings of sadness. I can't be happy that this man has died without knowing Jesus. That is something that no Christian should take pride in. Yes, he caused a world of pain to so many people, but as followers of Christ, we are called to love our enemy and turn the other cheek.
"Do not gloat when your enemy falls; when he stumbles, do not let your heart rejoice"
